Somewhere in My Memory, John Williams (arr. Phillip Keveren)
"Somewhere in My Memory" from Home Alone is one of the most recognizable holiday movie songs out there, and Phillip Keveren puts together such a gorgeous, lush arrangement of this song for us all to enjoy. If you're looking for other holiday movie themes arranged by Phillip Keveren, his recent "Christmas at the Movies" book includes other great arrangements that are a joy to play on piano as well – you can't go wrong!

Sussex Carol, Traditional English Carol
Growing up, one of my enduring memories of Christmas is the sound of Carols from King's on Christmas Eve. While there are so many great traditional carols to choose from, there's something particular joyous about the lilting melody of "Sussex Carol," and it takes me back to my time as a chorister whenever I hear it.

Christmas Time Is Here, Vince Guaraldi
"Christmas Time Is Here" is one of my all-time Christmas faves. Takes me back to the annual A Charlie Brown Christmas television special from my youth, and its laid back, smooth jazz chords remind me of Christmas as much as any other classic. Use this Piano Transcription version to play it exactly like Vince Guaraldi does on the recording.

Auld Lang Syne, Robert Burns
Christmas with my family while growing up invariably included Zuzu saying "Every time a bell rings, an angel gets his wings" to the soundtrack of "Auld Lang Syne" at the end of It's a Wonderful Life. It always makes me think of Christmas, and with Easy Piano, even a drummer like me can play it!

The Most Wonderful Time of the Year, Pentatonix
The Christmas albums recorded by Pentatonix have been a staple in my holiday playlists the last few years. We currently have Piano, Vocal & Guitar arrangements available for three of these albums. Right now, my favorite of these to play is "The Most Wonderful Time of the Year". Whether or not you're a Pentatonix fan, you should check them out!

Feliz Navidad, José Feliciano
Puerto Rican singer-songwriter José Feliciano's Latin hit is a fun song for the Christmas season that can be enjoyed by kids and adults alike—including my 6-year-old who has been singing it non-stop this season. There are just four short lyrical lines to this song (repeated multiple times), which make it a perfect tune to get everyone singing along.
